Every effort is made to provide the exact make and model ordered. However, in the event of vehicle unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances, an appropriate vehicle will be provided at the discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Agreement with a full refund of the deposit if the replacement vehicle offered is not accepted. The Company will not be liable for any losses incurred due to termination under such circumstances.
 

Reservations are accepted based on the availability of vehicles.
 

The Hirer may cancel the booking only in writing notice not less than 60 days prior to the Reserved date with a full refund of deposit.
 

Booking cancelled by the Hirer within 60 days to the Reserved Date will incur a full loss of the Deposit.
 

Full payment is to be made 7 days prior to the Reserved Date. Failing which, the Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time with full loss of the Deposit.
 

The vehicles are only to be driven and operated by authorised staff from the Company.
 

A maximum of 3 destinations (one-way trips) AND MAXIMUM OF 4HOURS FOR HALF DAY OR 8HOURS FOR FULL DAY DRIVING WITHIN SINGAPORE ONLY are included in this agreement. Additional charges apply for additional destination(s)/ trip(s) as above.
 

In the event pick up or drop off times fall between 2330hrs to 0700hrs, there will be a surcharge of $150 hourly.
 

Smoking and eating are not allowed within any of the Company's vehicles.
 

Bridal Car Decoration is NOT included in the above agreement. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to arrange for flora decoration of the vehicle and provide the Company with the necessary details at least 5 days before the Reserved Date. Flora decoration will be 1 day before the reserved date.
 

Chauffeur may take a few photographs to facilitate our marketing efforts.
